Prerequisites & Process

1. Active Experience: Candidates must have at least one year of active experience working on skin.

2. Certification: You must already hold a Permanent Makeup Certification.
3. Age Requirement: All candidates should be 18 years of age or older.

4. Portfolio Submission: Demonstrate the quality of your work by providing photographs.

Process

1. Apply: Complete initial interest below.
You will then be asked to submit an application showcasing your experience, certification, and other prerequisites.

2. Portfolio Review: Your submitted photographs will be evaluated to ensure the quality of your work meets the VTCT Level 4 standards.

3. Approval & Next Steps: Upon verification of all requirements, you’ll be provided with information on the next steps for conversion to VTCT Level 4.

4. Zoom Call: with and induction to the stages.

5. Assessment: You will be invited to attend a practical assessment to demonstrate your skill and criteria set out in the VTCT qualification

6. Competency: If competency is achieved you will receive your VTCT Level 4 qualification in around 2 weeks. If a resit is needed this will be arranged with a further examination fee of £150

7. Graduation: Celebrate your achievement with a photo at the academy and celebration gift.

NB. We cannot guarantee qualification in 6 weeks if the information required by the academy is delayed by the artist. Three months is allocated to achieve conversion.
