Finally we will assess your practical skills and knowledge on assessment day. We can then award you with our accredited Signature Diploma of Achievement in Permanent Makeup Brows for achieving 100% competency with 120 hours practical work.
Worth remembering to book in the additional workshop mentor day and trainer shadow session early on. These offer more skill perfecting with your trainer by your side.
Sessions include theory and practical live models with focus on providing advice on your business and career. Trainer shadow days give you an opportunity to see an expert working in clinic and how you can transfer those skills into your own business setup.
Time to start the learning with 2 days in academy covering theory and practical. You will learn techniques in Hair Strokes and Powdered brow creations. Model practical’s.
As a qualified microblader you will already have colour theory knowledge but be assured we will recap on colour for the machine method. Good needle choices for your masterpieces will be covered as well as, cosmetic artistry drawing. Reinforcement of your current skills with new is key to understanding how diverse of machine is.
We keep our classes small with no more than 2 students and class ratio one trainer per student. As soon as you complete your course we recommend commencing your 6 case studies in your own location. You have up to 6 months to complete and attend your final assessment day. Training delivered by head trainer, Tracy Fensome.

This form takes just 5 minutes and it allows us to capture more about you and which course to match you to.
We will then reply:
- With further questions or a booking form and deposit request to secure your selected day if still available. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the booking form sent by email. Once deposit is paid a patch test will be sent to you with full venue details in the post.
- On day of treatment. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete paperwork. From time to time we may run over. We try our best to be on time but we do not rush any model treatment as safety and results are paramount.
- Full consultation will be performed on the day, pre and post photos taken.
We do keep our model costs low to cover consumables only and reflect the level of skill of the learner.
New starters – eyebrows, lips and eyeliner from £75 first session. Top up each one £45. Scalp micropigmentation from £150- £995.
Advanced learners – already qualified and back to learn a new skill fro £125 – £150. Top up each session £55. Micropigmentation from £250- £1250.
Dermaplaning – trainer demonstration model £30.
Our director sometimes requires models for trialling of new techniques or products in fillers, botox, plasma treatment, skin peels, skin needling prices start from £50-£175
*Please note that most model treatments are a two stage process comprising of the main treatment and a perfecting top up treatment if required. Scalp micropigmentation may require 3 sessions.
We will only allow our trainees to work on live models when they have achieved a level of practice from pre-study and practicals. We fully supervise our learners throughout the consultation, procedure to finish. From time to time through the procedure a trainer may take over to demonstrate a technique to the learner or if there is an area that needs a finishing touch.
Initially we say a treatment can take up to 3-4 hours, sometimes longer for scalp micropigmentation.. As a learning environment we do ask that you be patient and do not arrange anything that could affect the finish of your treatment. The treatments are a very important part of the learners development. Their aim is to provide you with a good treatment. Rushing them with time restraints could affect your end result. Thank you
Please do refrain from speaking during the procedure so that the trainer can fully engage and guide the learner while they perform the procedure. You may be asked a few questions during the treatment, which of course please do answer.
Once the procedure is completed the learner will guide you through the aftercare and you will leave with a balm and aftercare sheet. Model name will be put on the top up chronological list. Ie works on date order.
This appointment is arranged in chronological order of courses and when learners are back at the academy to touch up and perfect areas for adjustment.. Please be patient as we run lots of courses and have many models to provide the second session to. We will do our best to get you booked it as soon as there is a place. You can always upgrade to a trainer discounted costs to complete your top up if time is of the essence.

Yes you can. Not everyone has a beauty background. This does not mean you are not creative or able to develop this art. We have created courses that are comprehensive and contain all the fundamentals required to work to a high standard including the compulsory infection control and anatomy modular. It is important that our learners understand we do not offer quick short courses and certification on the day. We know the importance of a learner’s success is by completing in depth theory and practical content over a period of time.
There are many routes to explore and we can discuss these with you. Take a looking at our Funding page. It provides details on private finance and government funding. It is important to know we are in the UK register of Learning providers, VTCT Approved Training Centre and an Associate of the SPCP (THE SOCIETY OF PERMANENT COSMETIC PROFESSIONALS).
Workshops start from £750 and courses start from £1650 to £7300 depending on which route you decide to take. We also have course packages for those learners that want to include other modules in their training such as Medical. There are savings to benefit from as well if you choose one of the packages.
All our beginners courses include a comprehensive kit that you can start earning from once qualified.

Our classes are intentionally kept small. We never have more than 3 students on our beginner courses so that we can offer the best delivery of information and allow students to maximise on learning without the demands of a larger class of students.
Yes, all our courses are accredited and insurable. We also do offer a route to attain a VTCT qualification. VTCT is worldwide recognised qualification and have a very strict approval procedure which means that our courses are being constantly reviewed ensuring that they meet a first class criteria.
Students are automatically covered while they train with us. Once the student leaves the course to commence case studies they are required to take out a student insurance to be protected. We are able to assist you with this and the cost is around £245 per year which is very favourable for permanent makeup. Once qualified the insurance will convert to fully qualified with no extra cost once you send in a copy of your full certification (with Holistic Insurers).
We always ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are delivered and maintained throughout your training. During your course we will ensure you understand the importance of infection control and health and safety by including a modular section and practical. It is important that when you start out you are compliant in line with your local authority bylaws. It is a module that you need to demonstrate and pass at your final assessment.
We have met approval by local authority licensing to ensure our training rooms meet all legislative guidelines. We recommend you make contact with your local authority for details on guidelinesfor performing permanent cosmetics, microblading and skin needling in your area of work.

We pride ourselves on our excellent support and mentoring. It is what makes us stand out from the crowd. It is vital to a student’s progress that we keep in contact and that mentor days are attended and you take advantage of a trainer shadow day. We can always be contacted by phone, email, text, skype and provide video on line pods to support your learning. It is a must that you send us examples of your work weekly so we can keep up to date with your progress and offer constructive feedback.
Our qualified artists also provide the opportunity to Buddy up on mentor days and chat with students about their experiences.
